I notice 2 parallel processes: mind-chatter and a "something other": an awareness that is one step aside from the chatter. I wonder: is this my spirit, the spirit that is connected to the great Spirit? I want to take more time each day to re-member with this greater part of myself, whatever it is. Silence, yum.
